Description
Sentinel-Class Landing Craft
These deckplans were created to match the shape and specification to the Orthographic views available in the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels.
They were created using mechanical drafting techniques, using a 6ft tall human as a baseline. Emphasis was placed on the craft's official Specifications, written descriptions, and mission profiles.
Additional considerations were the the internal spaceframe's structure, power requirements, weapon loadouts, and crew needs.
The ship's original purpose was to serve as a combat landing craft, able to deploy Stormtroopers directly to a battlefield, and provide air support afterward. Additional considerations were the need to operate autonomously from it's mothership, even in other star systems. A secondary requirement was to clear landing zones of hostile threats without additional support.
